Job Description
• Provide specialist project control services for the support of the WorleyParsons project control system
• Assist the Business Systems Group in the rollout of the project control system including initial configuration and contribution to training activities
• Liaise with project teams to ensure the correct utilisation of the project control system based on project specific requirements and corporate guidelines
• Review and develop data interfaces for third party project systems, as required
• Prepare and control Inter Entity Work Orders
• Safety – Responsible for personal safety safe working practices for the Business Systems Customer Sector Group. Understand and follow OH&S procedures.
• Quality Assurance – Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system relevant to the Business Systems Customer Sector Group
• Undertake project roles, as required, to include:
- Take ownership of the cost control function and ensure integrity of the data being processed
- Interface with project personnel to develop project forecasts and analyse project costs
- Supervise any supporting roles in the project cost control area
- Liaise with clients to clarify cost related issues and develop timely and meaningful monthly invoices.  Ensure payment of invoices according to EPCM contract terms
- Preparation of project invoices in conjunction with the Accounts Department
- Liaise with Client for reporting purposes
- Preparation of monthly financial reports for the project.  Also prepare other financial analysis as required on an adhoc basis
- Implement financial controls including controlling authorisations of expenditure and cash flow projections
- Preparation of budgets in conjunction with engineering and construction team members
- Ensure effective coordination and cooperation between other team members, particularly in regard to cost, planning (forecasting) and procurement matters
Job Requirements

• Minimum 10 years experience in oil & gas / petrochemical industry

Job Description
Manages one or more of the larger disciplines within the Project Controls unit such as Cost or Planning/Scheduling, or may manage all functions as Department Manager.  Utilizes: widely diversified experience in project controls activities within the assigned discipline(s); proven leadership; a strong working knowledge of all industry practices; strong technical expertise; computer literacy in typical project controls software.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Exercises overall managerial and technical direction of the discipline.  Recruits, interviews, and evaluates prospective employees.  Hires, offers personnel development, conducts performance evaluations and counseling, takes corrective action as required, and approves terminations.  Ensures that new employees receive orientation in Company and department policies and procedures.
Establishes discipline staffing budget estimates and staffing assignment schedules for each project.  Reviews and approves staff forecasting reports.
Makes staffing assignments.  Keeps closely involved with project schedules to increase or reassign staff as project and client requirements change.
Establishes standards and procedures manuals for the discipline.  Recommends improvements to Department policies and procedures.
May create special reports for management on a recurring or one-of-a-kind basis.  May present formal verbal reports and summary of activities to upper management.
May prepares the discipline’s annual salary plan and controls salary actions within the approved plan.  Initiates personnel action paperwork for salary increases and promotions.
Supports pre-contract and business development efforts, as required, such as participation in proposals.
May act for Project Services Manager upon request or in the Manager’s absence.  The Project Services Manager’s signature may be regularly delegated for selected activities.
Completes other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
Job Requirements
BA/BS in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or equivalent, or 5 to 7 years of applicable experience.  Also, more than 15 years of experience with typical project controls activity, demonstrated effective managerial experience, and computer literacy, is preferred.

3) Contract Officer

Job Description
Prepares recommended source lists of qualified contractors, drawing upon their past performance experience.
Prepares Invitation to Tender form and verifies accuracy and completeness of proposal packages.  Interfaces with affected groups to clarify and ensure that all necessary data has been included.
Receives contractors’ responses to requests for proposals, determines each contractor’s ability to meet Company and project requirements, and negotiates the terms and conditions.  Prepares and issues contracts commensurate with delegated procurement authority.
Prepares contract documents and amendments, including identification and inclusion of flow down requirements from the prime contract.  Ensures that terms and conditions will be appropriate.
Prepares reports and contractual correspondence for project management and client.  Maintains accurate tracking records.  May establish new formats for tracking tailored to the assigned contracts.
Maintains and updates contractors’ files to include records of payment.
Performs contract closeout actions, completes file documentation, and forwards contract files to storage.  Ensures retention of hard copy of reports and claims for the period specified in the prime contract.
Serves as liaison between contractor and Procurement Department personnel.

Job Description
Document Control is an essential function in the delivery of any successful engineering project.   The document controller and associates facilitate and control the flow of information between all parties involved in the project.  This ensures that the correct information is transmitted in a consistent manner to the correct project participants at all times.  This also ensures that the current and accurate information is available to project participants throughout the project.
To maintain a central project document control system, covering project team, client, vendor and third party documentation. To provide reliable and efficient service to all parties involved personnel and customer. Report directly to the Engineering Manager and have a support responsibility to all functional managers and personnel.
To establish and maintain procedures for maintaining documents and change control of documents.
Determine and enforce – through functional groups – document control requirements in order for company to meet internal and external needs.
Evaluate and develop improved techniques for control of documentation.
Directly responsible for implementation and maintenance of the company document control system, report on the performance for review and as a basis for improvement of the document control systems.
Maintain master registers of documentation and information filing systems
Expedite the review and approval of documentation, including designs, procedures, instructions, product certification and records.
Plan, supervise and record document flow to and from all interested parties. lssue and track location of all documents, drawings, operation & maintenance manuals & MDR’s etc.
Issue transmittal letters and notify receipts concerning the documents in circulation.
Maintain a current awareness of document handling techniques and be responsible for
adherence to the document control procedure.
Training and supervising document control staff.
Monitoring all drawings and documentation requirements as outlined by pre-set schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
Monitor and improve, where possible any EDMS system in place.
Work with others to provide and enhance corporate systems
